Former RHOC star Gretchen Rossi was served legal papers by a debt collector more than an unpaid credit card.
Rossi was sued by a debt collector in Orange County court back in July. The suit claims the reality star was issued a Citibank/Property Depot credit card in 2014. She allegedly created payments up till January 2017 but then refused to spend up on the unpaid balance of $9,433.56, The Blast reports.
The suit is searching for $9k in damages from Rossi.
According to court documents, the debt collector had problems attempting to serve Gretchen Rossi with the legal docs. They hired a approach server who came up quick on 3 separate occasions to attempt and find the reality star at her O.C. condo.
On October 13, the approach server did get fortunate and was in a position to ultimately serve Rossi by handing more than the docs to Slade Smiley. The court docs note that Smiley is her “fiancé, co-resident” who accepted the papers on behalf of the “RHOC” star.
Rossi has but to respond to the allegations in court. The case is ongoing.
