Sean “Diddy” Combs is continuing to publicly mourn the loss of the mother of 3 of his young children, Kim Porter, who died unexpectedly final year.
On Sunday, the 3-time Grammy winner shared a somber photo of him embracing his late ex-girlfriend. He accompanied the shot with a broken heart emoji and the caption, “SMH.” Although most of the comments left below the rapper’s photo have been ones of help, condolences and encouragement, one particular guy referred to as him out for not wanting to marry Kim when she was alive.
“I know,” Diddy replied. “Played myself. SMH.”
Diddy and Kim dated sporadically from 1994 to 2007 and share 3 young children: 20-year-old son Christian and 12-year-old twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila. Kim’s death in November of 2018 rocked Hollywood and beyond, as absolutely everyone from Beyonce to 50 Cent and Rihanna heavily mourned her loss on social media. Kim was 47.
The former model and actress was located dead in her house in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles on Nov. 15. According to TMZ, emergency dispatch responded to a contact for a patient in cardiac arrest. Kim had reportedly been suffering flu-like systems and possibly pneumonia for numerous weeks.
“Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter,” Diddy’s rep told the publication. “I ask that you give the households privacy at this time.”
“For the final 3 days, I’ve been attempting to wake up out of this nightmare, but I have not,” Diddy captioned a Nov. 18 tribute video he shared on Instagram. “I do not know what I am going to do without having you, infant. I miss you so considerably. These days, I am going to spend tribute to you. I am going to attempt and discover the words to clarify our unexplainable partnership. We have been much more than very best close friends. We have been much more than soulmates. WE Had been SOME OTHER SHIT! And I miss you so considerably. Super Black Adore.”
In late January, the L.A. County Coroner’s workplace announced Kim’s lead to of death was lobar pneumonia, an inflammation of an complete lobe of the lungs.
