Joe Gorga has a message for everybody: Leave Joe Giudice alone.

The Actual Housewives of New Jersey star opened up to Web page Six about how his brother-in-law is carrying out considering that getting released from prison and taken into ICE custody.

“I’ve spoken to him. He’s carrying out fantastic,” Gorga told the publication. “He’s genuinely upset. Clearly, he’s not satisfied. He did his time and he’s at a further facility ideal now. It is not a good location. Listen, he just desires to be property with his little ones, his loved ones. You know that is it. I imply he’s pretty — he’s not a satisfied camper.”

Joe was handed more than to ICE following his release from prison on March 14, 2019. He is at present awaiting a decision on his appeal that would eventually dictate if he stays in the United States or is deported to Italy.

For now, Joe’s case is in limbo, which implies he will stay in ICE custody till his appeal is reviewed. Joe’s appeal could take up to a year to be reviewed and unless a court releases Joe he will stay in custody till a decision is produced.

“Imagine how you are carrying out your time, you did your 3 years and now you gotta go by means of this nonsense,” Gorga added. “I get it. Listen, he did one thing incorrect. He got penalized for it. He did his time. He was superior about it. He did it. You know, he’s got 4 small girls right here. He married an American citizen. It is not like he murdered or raped anyone. I imply, leave the guy alone, you know. But I guess the law is the law.”

As for Teresa Giudice, she has but to publicly comment on her husband considering that he was taken into custody by ICE.

Even so, Teresa and Joe’s daughters, Gia and Milania Giudice, have publicly vowed to continue fighting for their dad. The teenagers posted messages of help for him on March 14.

The Actual Housewives of New Jersey is at present filming its 10th season.
