RHOC's Jim Bellino Does Not Want to Pay Shannon Beador's $220K Legal Fees After Her Victory in His Defamation Lawsuit

Shannon Beador scored a victory in court with regards to Jim Bellino‘s lawsuit against her, but he does not want to spend her legal costs.

The former Genuine Housewives of Orange County star had previously sued Shannon for defamation, asking for $1 million in damages.

Shannon was having said that dismissed from the lawsuit in January just after she effectively defended herself. A month later, Shannon filed documents in court, looking for for Jim to spend the $220,894.55 that she had spent defending herself in court. 

Jim is now objecting to the quantity, claiming that the $220,000 is way also excessive for legal bills, and that it is unreasonable for him to cover these costs, according to The Blast. Rather, Jim is fighting back, saying he shouldn’t have to spend something. In a second choice, he’s asking that the bill is reduce down to $44,000. His argument is that her lawyer hasn’t offered sufficient particulars to justify the quantity. 

Shannon is off the hook in the defamation case just after arguing that Jim failed to establish correct proof against her. Jim sued each Shannon and Tamra Judge, but the judge didn’t clear Tamra.

Her case continues and she could possibly be on the hook for $1 million if he wins. It was final year that Jim sued each of the ladies for defamation just after he heard they have been raising suspicions about his divorce from Alexis Bellino. He fought back, saying he wasn’t divorcing for the reason that of any legal woes and that his trampoline organization hadn’t paralyzed any person.

In March of this year, Jim claimed that Tamra was only creating comments about him to remain relevant, saying she was becoming malicious for consideration.

The Genuine Housewives of Orange County is anticipated to return this summer season on Bravo.
