Gina Kirschenheiter is accusing her estranged husband Matt Kirschenheiter of choking and hitting her, along with her kids close by, throughout what has been described as a “sudden, violent” battle over the weekend.
In only-released courtroom paperwork, the Actual Housewives of Orange County star has detailed Matt’s alleged assault, which she claims passed off shortly after 2 a.m. on June 22.
In line with The Blast, Gina returned house after an evening out when Matt abruptly confirmed up “pounding on the door” earlier than rapidly coming inside, the place he “threw [her] down on the sofa and threw some furnishings round.”
“[He was] screaming in my face and saying he was going to kill me,” she recalled. “He ripped my bra off, then took a pillow and hit me on the facet of the pinnacle with it onerous. I begged him to cease…to settle down…however he stored hitting me.”

Following the battle, Gina filed for a protecting order with the Orange County Superior Courtroom as a part of her and Matt’s ongoing divorce proceedings. A short while later, an emergency listening to was held in regard to Gina’s request for a home violence restraining order and a second listening to has been set for July 16.
Matt was launched from custody on June 23 round 1 a.m. after posting bail and has but to be charged with against the law.
Gina filed for divorce in April 2018.
