Jenna Evans, 29, was horrified when she woke to discover her ring missing, following a terrifying nightmare exactly where she was led to think she necessary to consume her ring to safeguard it, according to The Sun.
Sharing shocking X-ray photos on Facebook, Jenna, from California, revealed: “I was possessing a dream that I was in a pretty sketchy scenario involving a higher-speed train and negative guys (I have pretty thrilling and vivid dreams) and he told me I had to swallow my ring to safeguard it.
“So I popped that sucker off, place it in my mouth and swallowed it with a glass of water proper about the time I realised what I was undertaking.”
Explaining that she assumed she had dreamt swallowing the cushion diamond sparkler, Jenna went back to sleep.
But when she woke the subsequent day, she was horrified to realise the ring was missing and woke up her fiance Bob to break the negative news that she had in reality eaten the ring.
“I do not consider he believed me proper away,” she admitted.

“We laughed quite really hard for about an hour and a half, known as my mum, laughed till we have been crying, Googled ‘do other adults swallow rings’ for the reason that youngsters do it all the time, but apparently it is much less prevalent for adults.

Jenna explained the gastroenterologist advised against letting nature take its course and Jenna was sent for an upper endoscopy.
“They decided it would be finest NOT to let nature take its course,” she continued.
“Before I left, she encouraged seeing a sleep specialist as nicely.
“Bobby took me to the GI medical professional exactly where I got to inform a complete new group of physicians and nurses that yes, I swallowed my engagement ring.
