INDIANAPOLIS – Authorities say extra fetal remains have been discovered in Illinois stashed inside a vehicle that belonged to a medical professional who performed abortions in Indiana.

Indiana Lawyer Common Curtis Hill mentioned in a news release that Dr. Ulrich Klopfer’s relatives and Will County Sheriff’s Workplace investigators discovered the new remains Wednesday.

Hill mentioned final week that additional than two,200 sets of preserved fetal remains discovered in Klopfer’s garage in Will County, Illinois, final month have been returned to Indiana.

The sheriff’s division mentioned Wednesday that the newly found remains had been discovered in the trunk of a vehicle parked on a house in Dolton, a suburb south of Chicago.

Klopfer performed abortions at clinics in Fort Wayne, Gary and South Bend. He died Sept. three.
