Sophie Turner will not tolerate influencers who want to market damaging weight-loss goods on social media.

On Tuesday (October 08, 2019) the Game of Thrones actor produced a video eviscerating all the influencers out there working with their platforms to post damaging weight loss “#advertisements.”

“Hey guys, just sort of going for my influencer appear right now,” Turner says in the clip.

“Today I just wanted to market this new powder stuff that you place in your tea. Essentially, it tends to make you shit your brains out. It is entirely seriously, seriously terrible for me to be advertising to young girls and young folks everywhere, but I do not seriously give a fuck since I’m receiving paid income for it. Influencer life.”

The post was swiftly shared by her fans across Twitter and Instagram, who praised Turner for tackling the situation with her signature sense of humor.

She’s not the 1st higher-profile celebrity to criticize Instagram influencers, with The Excellent Spot star Jameela Jamil sharing her personal parody video lately.

The fellow Brit poked entertaining at weight loss shakes, with her Grammy Award-winning companion James Blake editing in sound effects for great measure.
