Jennifer Aniston had a “stalker account” just before officially joining Instagram.
The 50-year-old actress sparked a sensation earlier this week when she revealed she had joined the photo-sharing platform but it appears it wasn’t her initial encounter of the “social media pool” as she wanted to have an understanding of how it all worked just before she was prepared to go public.
She confessed on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Reside!’: “It was a stalker account.
“When I was considering about performing this, I sort of figured it was time to type of have an understanding of the planet and dip my toe into the social media pool.”
The ‘Morning Show’ actress broke the Guinness Globe Record for the quickest time to attain 1 million followers following sharing a selfie with her former ‘Friends’ castmates on Tuesday (15.10.19), taking just 5 hours and 16 minutes to amass the milestone, and she now has more than 11 million watching her posts.
Alongside the blurry selfie, Jennifer wrote: “And now we’re Instagram Pals as well. HI INSTAGRAM (sic).”
And Jennifer has currently mocked the glitches she triggered on Instagram with her surge in reputation with a spoof video.
She captioned the clip: “I swear I did not imply to break it. Thank you guys for the type, glitchy welcome.”
The ‘Cake’ star had hinted a handful of days ago that she was considering about joining Instagram since she likes the “manage” more than her life it would supply her.
She teased: “[On social media] you can essentially have a small bit far more manage more than the narrative that is out there. [You can] correct some wrongs and some silly points that, God knows, are stated normally. Possibly [I’ll join]. You in no way know.”
