Baby twins are among several people injured after an armed couple stole an ambulance and drove it at bystanders.
The seven-month-old tots were in a pram when they were struck. The youngsters, their mum and an elderly couple are among those who’ve been rushed to hospital.
The conditions of the injuries are not yet known.
Emergency services faced a tense showdown before shooting the vehicle’s tyres and detaining a man in his 30s in Torshov, Oslo.
But a female suspect now remains on the run.
The male suspect was wearing a pair of military green trousers, a camouflage-coloured jacket and what appeared to be a protective vest.
The police force has not said whether the incident is being treated as a deliberate attack.
