Actress Felicity Huffman was released from prison Friday (October 25, 2019) just after serving 11 days of a 14-day sentence for her part in a scam in which she paid a bribe to support her daughter acquire admission to college.

Huffman, 56, an Academy Award nominee, started serving her sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, California, on October 15 and had been set to be released on Sunday.
